  2. To place an order, the Customer must follow the online shopping process and click the “CONFIRM ORDER” button. Subsequently, the Customer will receive an email confirming the receipt of their order (“Order Confirmation”) within 24 hours of submission. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee product availability or delivery timeline.
  3. The Customer will also be notified via email when the order is shipped (“Shipping Confirmation”). Similarly, the Customer can check the status of the order in the “My Account” section or by calling Customer Service. All orders will be shipped to the billing address on the order unless you specify a different shipping address during checkout.

Retention of Ownership: HERMINA KM hereby asserts and maintains full legal and beneficial ownership of all jewelry and related items (collectively referred to as “Goods”) until the following conditions are met: a) The Buyer/Customer has remitted payment in full for the ordered Goods. b) All outstanding amounts owed to the Company in relation to the Goods have been settled in their entirety.

3. Shipping:

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment at our state-of-the-art headquarters, allowing for streamlined quality control and inventory management. Delivery Options: a) Professional Courier Services: We have established strategic partnerships with reputable logistics companies to provide reliable and traceable shipping services. This ensures timely delivery and minimizes the risk of lost or damaged shipments.
b) In-Store Pickup: For customers who prefer a more hands-on approach or require immediate product access, we offer a convenient in-store pickup option at our flagship showroom, located at Libona str. 5, 10560, Athens, Greece.

Shipping options:
Within Greece

For the rest of Greece (mainland and islands): The delivery time is 1-4 business days. For deliveries to Europe and Third Countries:
Within Europe: The delivery time is 1-3 business days.
For the rest of the world: The delivery time is 1-5 business days.
Please note that for shipments requiring customs clearance, the delivery time may vary. Additionally, minor delays may be observed during sales or holiday periods.

Within Greece


For orders up to €79.99 the shipping cost is € 3,00.
Orders above €80,00 grant you free shipping.

Within Europe

For orders up to €199.99 the shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is €12,00.
Orders above €200,00 grant you free shipping.

Rest of the world

For orders up to €299.99 the shipping cost is calculated during checkout and it is €30,00
Orders above €300,00 grant you free shipping.

Within Attica: Deliveries are made within 1-2 business days.

4. Return:

  1. You have the right to ask for a return, strictly within [14] days, counting from the date you have received your order. Alternatively, you also have the right to return an order and to ask for an exchange with another, strictly within [30] days from the date you have received your order.
  2. Customers seeking to return/exchange products must initiate our standard return process through our return form in accordance with our return policy guidelines.
  3. Change of already returned products will not be allowed.
  4. Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.
  5. All items must be in impeccable, marketable condition and accompanied by the sales receipt.
  6. All merchandise must be accompanied by its original packaging in order to qualify for a return.
  7. Returns and exchanges are solely permissible within the country of the original purchase and exclusively within the geographical confines of the European Union (EU).
  8. Please note that we are not able to offer free of shipping costs returns or exchanges. You are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning products to us, but the cost is born by you and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products reach us safely.
  9. By requesting a return/refund/exchange you will be charged with:

  • The insurance cost
  • The product clearance cost if applicable

If the value of the new order is lower than the value of the initial order, the company will not refund you the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer’s name for future purchases.

Return outside EU
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges outside the EU.

Return of earrings
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept return of earrings.

Refund of gifts
We do offer exchange of gifts but refund is not possible.

Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange your products, you will have to return the products and place a new order.

Packages lost after delivery
HERMINA KM’s responsibility for order fulfillment concludes upon successful handover of packages to our contracted courier partners. We cannot assume liability for: a) Miscommunication between the recipient and the courier service, b) Delivery failures resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
To ensure successful delivery, customers are required to: a) Provide accurate and complete shipping details during the ordering process, b) Promptly respond to any delivery-related communications from HERMINA KM or our courier partners, c) Make necessary arrangements to receive or collect their packages as per the agreed delivery method
We strongly recommend that customers double-check all shipping information before finalizing their orders. HERMINA KM’s order confirmation process includes a review step for this purpose.
While we are not liable for delivery issues beyond our control, HERMINA KM is committed to: a) Providing tracking information for all shipped orders, b) Offering customer support to assist with tracking inquiries, c) Facilitating communication between customers and courier services when possible
In the event of a lost package, customers should:
a) Contact our customer service department immediately
b) Initiate a claim with the courier service
c) Provide any requested documentation to support the claim investigation

Packages lost in the return shipping
We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefore we recommend that you send the jewelry with tracking number.

Faulty items (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault)
In the rare occurrence that a product is damaged during transit we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Service.
Custom made products
Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refund

To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure customer satisfaction, HERMINA
KM has established the following criteria for accepting returns and processing refunds:

a) The item must be in pristine condition, identical to its state upon delivery.
b) The product must remain untouched and unused.
c) All original HERMINA KM and/or HERMINA ATHENS packaging must be intact and included.
Quality Assurance Process:
a) All returned items undergo a thorough inspection by our quality control team.
b) Refunds are contingent upon the product passing our rigorous quality checks. Documentation Requirements:
a) The original purchase receipt must accompany the return.
b) All relevant purchase documents, including but not limited to warranty cards and certificates of authenticity, must be included. To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card, bank account or PayPal account that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the products or proof of return of the products. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to be applied from the day we have received the products.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
