You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your products. Please note that we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges. You are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning products to us, but the cost is born by you and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products reach us safely. Moreover, the shipping cost of your order is deducted from the total refund amount.

Orders via e-shop are regulated by Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended and in force in Greece.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept return of earrings.
We are not able to offer return of gifts via our e-shop but only returns through our physical store in Athens.
If you wish to exchange your products, you will have to return the products and place a new order.
We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefore we recommend that you send the jewellery with tracking number.
In the rare occurrence that a product is damaged during transit we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Service.
You can return sale products within 14 days from the date you receive your products.
To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card, bank account or PayPal account that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the products or proof of return of the products. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to be applied from the day we have received the products.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
We offer 1 month service guarantee to repair broken items. A picture of the broken item is mandatory in order to inspect the damage and figure out if the damage is caused by wear and tear or if the item is defective, in which case the shipping cost is covered by us. If not the shipping cost will be covered by the shop or customer.
